CSide Solutions er stiftet af Søren Kjær Rømer den 1. juli 2005.
Søren er en selvstændig og meget engageret projektleder og arkitekt, der har
beskæftiget sig både med softwareudviklingsprojekter og infrastrukturprojekter.
Igennem sine jobs som udvikler, systemadministrator, underviser, it-arkitekt,
udviklingschef, it-chef og projektleder har han opnået en stor faglig bredde samtidig med
en stor forretningsmæssig og menneskelig indsigt, og han har derfor en god
basis for at kommunikere med alle parter i og udenfor en it-afdeling.
Har du en succesfuld virksomhed, og er du afhængig af jeres egenudviklede
software, men er tingene gået lidt stærkt og er dokumentationen måske ikke helt på

Certificeringer
I januar 2014 blev Søren "TOGAF 9 certified". TOGAF er en meget anerkendt arkitekturmetode.

- Avoiding lock-in to proprietary solutions by standardizing on open methods for Enterprise Architecture
- Saving time and money, and utilize resources more effectively
- Achieving demonstrable ROI
I marts 2008 blev Søren certificeret i "PRINCE 2 Foundation". PRINCE2 er en meget benyttet projektstyringsmetode.

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method based on experience drawn from thousands of projects and from the contributions of countless project sponsors, Project Managers, project teams, academics, trainers and consultants.
PRINCE2 isolates the management aspects of project work from the specialist contributions, such as design and construction. The specialist aspects of the project can be easily integrated with the PRINCE2 method and, when used alongside PRINCE2, provide a secure overall framework for the project work.
Because PRINCE2 is generic and based on proven principles, organizations adopting the method can substantially improve their organizational capability and maturity across various areas such as business change, construction, IT, mergers and acquisitions, research and product development.
I juni 2009 blev Søren certificeret i "CMMI Version 1.2". CMMI betyder Capability Maturity Model Integration.
CMMI Institute skriver bl.a.:

That’s the value of CMMI. Used historically in software and systems engineering, CMMI offers guidance for diagnosing problems and accelerating performance across all areas of an organization.
I 2008 blev Søren certificeret IT arkitekt. Certificeringen giver et fælles sprog, når man skal diskutere løsninger i virksomhederne.
I maj 2015 blev Søren certificeret i Prosci Change Management Program - at lede forandringsprojekter.

While all changes are unique and all individuals are unique, decades of research shows there are actions we can take to influence people in their individual transitions. I 2005 blev Søren "Microsoft Certified Solution Developer" efter at have taget end del eksaminer i bl.a. SQL Server, Windows- og web-udvikling.
MCSD-uddannelsen er senere blevet opdelt i flere typer, men i 2005 var MCSD at regne som flagskibet inden for Microsoftudvikling og sikrede, at man havede kendskab til alle teknologier i Microsoft universet.
I august 2018 blev Søren certificeret i Leading Safe (4.5). Certificeringen giver et godt indblik i styring af agile programmer.
